Can I pay only for the enrichment attributes I need?
Yes. AddressIQ is designed to be flexible, you don’t pay for data you don’t licence. You can choose from hundreds of enrichment attributes, such as property type, EPC rating, or demographic indicators, and unlock only the ones that support your business goals. Credits are only deducted when you actually call those attributes via the API, giving you complete control over both cost and value.
How is bulk pricing calculated?
Bulk pricing is tailored to your requirements because every business has different data volumes and enrichment needs. We scope the size of your dataset, the frequency of cleansing, and the level of enrichment required, then provide a bespoke package. Whether it’s 50,000 records for a one-off cleanse or 50 million for ongoing enrichment, pricing is scaled to deliver maximum value for the volume.
Do larger volumes qualify for discounted rates?
Yes. The more records you process with AddressIQ, the more cost-effective each lookup becomes. Organisations handling millions of addresses every year benefit from lower per-record costs, while still getting access to the same breadth and depth of enrichment.
What happens if I exceed my agreed volume?
We’ll never let you run out of credits unexpectedly. If you’re approaching your agreed volume, our team will work with you well in advance to put an extended licence agreement in place. This ensures your service continues without interruption and your operations run smoothly. For enterprises, we build flexible safeguards into contracts so you can scale up without disruption.
Are API response costs included in the lookup price?
Yes. There are no hidden extras or per-call surcharges. When you purchase AddressIQ credits, the cost of API responses is fully included. This means you can confidently integrate our API into your systems without worrying about unpredictable billing.
Can I mix and match attributes?
Absolutely. AddressIQ allows you to mix and match enrichment attributes depending on your use case. For example, a retailer may only want household size and garden data for marketing, while an insurer may prefer property age and environmental risk factors. Credits are only deducted when specific attributes are called, giving you the freedom to tailor enrichment per journey.
Do I need to pay for enrichment on every lookup?
Not necessarily. It depends on how you implement the API. Some clients enrich every lookup to capture data in real time, while others call enrichment selectively e.g. only enriching records once a customer reaches a certain stage in the journey. Are property, demographic, and risk data priced differently?
